What different help tools can I find here?

All the support information is gathered in the SVI-wiki. From this site you can also contact SVI.

What is the SVI-wiki?

A 'wiki' is a web site where everyone can collaborate on the content. Read more about wikis in the world's largest one, the Wikipedia.

The SVI-wiki on 3D microscopy is an increasing collection of resources that can guide you through the most important aspects of imaging and deconvolution. It is also a support medium for SVI customers and partners to treat different aspects of the Huygens Software.

Where are the FAQ?

FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Question. A FAQ item is an item describing such a frequently asked question on topics concerning deconvolution.
All the FAQ items from the old Knowledge Base are now moved to the wiki. You can still search them going to FAQ.

I did not find the right answer, what do I do now?

If the search results did not turn up any wiki article that could answer your question, you can use the Contact form to ask our Support Department the question. They will answer the specific question you have and also add it's answer to the wiki.
