The Huygens Remote Manager (HRM) is a web task manager for servers that acts as an interface to Huygens Core to do multiuser batch deconvolution.
The HRM was developed by Huygens users at the Montpellier Rio Imaging facility, the Facility for Advanced Imaging and Microscopy at the Friedrich Miescher Institute (FMI, Basel) and the BioImaging and Optics Platform at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.

It is a free and Open Source project, and can be found in Source Forge: see http://huygens-rm.org/. Scientific Volume Imaging participates in this project by contributing its experience in deconvolution and software engineering.

Huygens Remote Manager, a Web Interface for High-Volume Batch Deconvolution.
Imaging & Microscopy (2007) V 9, No. 2, pp 57-58
Summary: Nowadays, deconvolution in cell and tissue imaging has matured into a standard restoration technique that is accessible to large fraction of the microscopy community thanks to steadily improving algorithms. Still, deconvolution is often the rate-limiting step in the analysis of the acquired data, even at today’s computer performance. Here, we present the Huygens Remote Manager, an open-source, efficient, multi-user web-based interface for parallel batch deconvolutions.

You can find some screen dumps in Hrm Screen Shots that will tell you something about the HRM capabilities.
A HRM for demo purposes is installed in this same server, with some tiny test images in the source directory. It is not intended to show the capabilities of Huygens but the usability of the HRM interface. Still, you may pay attention to the deconvolution parameters and try to obtain good results from these test images!
