HUYGENS 2D & 3D Localizer (SMLM)
STORM/PALM/GSD/DNA PAINT analysis made Easy and Fast!
Testimonials
Huygens Localizer is impressive. The PC/GPU we built mowed through 30,000 frame in under 60s. Pretty bad-ass!

Huygens Rescan deconvolution gallery
Images show individual chromosomes of a nuclear spread from fixed mouse spermatocytes, immunostained for SYCP3 a component of the synaptonemal complex (Alexa 488-labelling). Raw images were acquired with RCM without re-scanning (confocal) and with re-scanning (RCM). The raw RCM image was deconvolved with the Huygens Re-scan Optical Option. Sample courtesy of A. Agostinho – Advanced Light Microscopy Facility, Science for Life Laboratory and C. Höög – Department of Cell and Molecular Biology, Karolinska Institutet (Sweden). Imaging and Huygens deconvolution was performed by Erik Manders (Confocal.nl).
